I’m an executive-level professional, entrepreneur, and trainer passionate about helping people use tools, strategies, and technology to work smarter, not harder. With over a decade of experience supporting CEOs, building organizations, and launching businesses, I bring a unique blend of organizational leadership, project management, and marketing expertise to everything I do.

Today, my work spans multiple spaces:

 • Executive Leadership: Serving as Executive Secretary to a C-Suite Executive, I provide high-level support that keeps a boutique mental health agency aligned, efficient, and growing.

 • Entrepreneurship: As founder of HK Global Partners LLC and co-owner of JMR Advantage LLC, I’m building businesses that specialize in procurement, government contracting, and creating opportunities for minority- and veteran-owned enterprises.

 • Trainer & Speaker: I lead ChatGPT and AI workshops designed for everyday people, entrepreneurs, and professionals who want to save time, create content, and unlock new income streams with technology.

 

Outside of work, I’m a foster parent, cultural storyteller, and wellness advocate who believes in uplifting others through both personal and professional growth. Whether it’s helping someone land a job with a stronger resume, guiding an organization through compliance and contracts, or showing a business owner how AI can free up their time, my goal is the same: to help people succeed with clarity, creativity, and confidence.
